Hey, I’m NaTasha. I'm a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, caregiver, and the creator of Wellness Made Real.
For years, I tried to balance life, motherhood, work, caregiving, and this deep, unshakable pull toward healthcare. I started nursing school more than once. Worked in clinics. Took care of my own family through crisis after crisis. But somewhere along the way, I realized something real:
Wellness isn’t just prescriptions and appointments. It’s access. It’s education. It’s community. It’s care.
So I shifted. I stepped away from the traditional path and leaned into a more holistic, whole-body approach to healing—one that centers Black folks, caregivers, and the everyday people who are always pouring into everyone else but rarely get poured into themselves.
Wellness Made Real was born from that shift.
It’s a space for people who want to understand their bodies. Who want tools, not just theories. Who want real talk, real support, and real resources—whether you’re:
Prepping for your MA exam
Caring for your family
Burned out and trying to come back to yourself
I got you.
🩺 I teach Medical Assistant exam prep in a way that actually makes sense
🫀 I’m building a wellness platform rooted in education, access, and healing
🌱 And I advocate for culturally competent, human-centered healthcare—especially for Black women, moms, and caregivers
This isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
If you’re here, that means you’re part of this work too. Welcome in. 🖤
